This Privacy Policy describes how the Stock Market - AI Insights application ("App", "we", "us", or "our") handles user information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring complete transparency about our data practices.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or retain any personal information or user data on our servers or any third-party servers. All data including but not limited to watchlists, portfolios, preferences, settings, and imported information are stored exclusively on your device using local storage. The App operates entirely offline with respect to your personal data.
To permanently delete all your data, simply uninstall the App from your device. This action will irreversibly remove all locally stored information including preferences, watchlists, portfolios, and any imported data. Once deleted, this data cannot be recovered by us or any third party.
The App does not provide cloud backup, synchronization, or data recovery services. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own data backups if desired. There should be no expectation that the App will backup, restore, or recover any user data under any circumstances.
The App does not request or utilize intrusive device permissions including but not limited to: GPS/location services, file system access, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi direct access, contacts, calendar, camera, microphone, health data, or phone state. The App operates with minimal permissions required solely for core functionality.
The App may display in-app advertisements to support free access to features. Any advertising identifier collected is completely anonymous and is NOT retained or stored. Such identifiers are used solely for ad serving purposes in accordance with Apple's App Store and Google Play Store privacy policies. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings.
The App accesses publicly available financial market data through third-party APIs solely for informational display purposes. These services have their own privacy policies which we encourage you to review. We do not control or have access to any data you may view through these services.

You expressly waive any right to sue or claim damages from the App developer.
Any data you import into the App is processed as plain text only and does not establish any connection with financial institutions or your real accounts. The App does not access, store, or transmit any banking credentials or establish any automated data feeds with financial services. All imported data remains local to your device.
While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, the App makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. Market data may be delayed, inaccurate, or contain errors. Always verify information through official sources before making investment decisions.

The data import feature processes information as plain text only. It does not establish connections with financial institutions, access real accounts, or store banking credentials. Imported data is parsed locally and stored only on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of any data you choose to import.
If you choose to use AI analysis features, you may provide your own API key from third-party AI service providers. Your API key is stored securely and exclusively on your device using encrypted local storage. The developer does not have access to your API key, cannot view it, and it is never transmitted to our servers or any servers controlled by us.
You are solely responsible for any costs incurred through the use of AI features, including but not limited to API usage charges from third-party providers. The App developer assumes no responsibility for any charges, fees, or costs associated with your use of AI analysis features. AI analysis is entirely user-initiated and user-controlled.
AI-generated analysis and insights are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice. You should not rely solely on AI analysis for investment decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult with qualified financial professionals.
Any advertising identifiers are used solely for serving relevant ads through established ad networks in compliance with platform policies. These identifiers are anonymous, temporary, and are not stored or associated with any personal information. You can reset your advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads through your device settings.
The App does not track users across devices or applications. Each installation is independent, and data cannot be synchronized or shared between devices.
The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not use this App.
